From the Provider
To achieve positive mental health, I focus on practicing mindfulness, which helps me stay grounded and present in my daily life. I also prioritize connecting with and strengthening my relationships with friends and family members, as these supportive connections provide encouragement, balance, and a strong sense of belonging.
My hobbies and interests include teaching psychiatric-mental health nursing to nursing students, which I find both meaningful and rewarding. I also enjoy learning new things, as it allows me to continue growing both personally and professionally. In my free time, I like exploring new food options, whether that’s trying different cuisines or discovering unique restaurants.
