From the Provider
To maintain positive mental health, I use several techniques to stay balanced and resilient. Regular physical exercise, such as hiking and exploring Utah’s landscapes, is a key part of my routine, helping me manage stress and boost my mood by releasing endorphins. I also prioritize a healthy work-life balance by setting clear boundaries between work and personal time. This ensures I have time to relax, enjoy hobbies, and listen to music, which are all essential for my well-being. Seeking support from friends, family, or a therapist when needed is another important aspect of my approach, as I believe that asking for help is a sign of strength. Additionally, I focus on setting realistic goals and celebrating small achievements to stay motivated and foster a sense of accomplishment. These practices collectively help me maintain a positive mental outlook and effectively navigate challenges.
________
In my free time, I enjoy hiking, which helps me clear my mind and connect with nature. I also love cooking and baking, finding it both fun and therapeutic to experiment with new recipes and share meals with loved ones. Originally from a charming coastal town north of Boston, Massachusetts, I have fond memories of the serene landscapes and beaches that shaped my appreciation for nature and community. These hobbies and experiences contribute to a balanced and fulfilling life, and I take pleasure in sharing them with others.

I use evidence-based practices and personalized interventions, including psychopharmacology and various therapeutic modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques. Educating and empowering patients is central to my philosophy, as I aim to provide them with the knowledge to make informed decisions and actively participate in their recovery.
I also emphasize the role of lifestyle factors, such as nutrition, exercise, and stress management, in mental health. My personal experiences enhance my ability to connect with patients empathetically and compassionately, reflecting my commitment to providing individualized care. My goal is to support each patient in achieving optimal mental health and quality of life through a respectful, patient-focused approach.”
