Bio

From the Provider

My journey into psychiatric mental health nursing has been shaped by both professional dedication and personal experience. From early in my nursing career, I developed a deep empathy for individuals, families, and caregivers navigating the challenges of mental health. Supporting others through these struggles has become one of my greatest callings. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Boise State University and my Master of Science in Nursing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Purdue Global University. My path has allowed me to combine my compassion for others with my desire to make a difference.

As a mother of four, I’ve supported my children through autism, ADHD, anxiety, and depression. These experiences have taught me what families and individuals truly need—compassion, practical tools, and the reassurance they’re not alone. Having loved ones in the LGBTQ+ community has also deepened my commitment to inclusive, affirming care for all.

My passion lies in helping children, adolescents, adults and families find peace, resilience, and connection. I believe in a balanced approach that integrates therapy, medication when appropriate, and family-centered support. My goal is to foster growth, understanding, and hope—one child, one individual, one family, and one day at a time.
