Bio

Rebecca Larkin is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 30 years of experience in healthcare, bringing a deep understanding of the connection between physical health, emotional wellbeing, and the unique experiences that shape each person’s life. With a significant background in women’s health, Rebecca has a special passion for supporting women through every stage of life, including the emotional and mental health challenges that can accompany hormonal changes, perimenopause, menopause, and other major transitions.

Rebecca believes meaningful mental healthcare begins by seeing the whole person, not just a diagnosis. She takes time to understand each patient’s story, goals, and individual needs while creating a personalized treatment plan that supports lasting wellness. Her approach combines compassionate listening, evidence-based psychiatric care, and an understanding of how biology, mental health, lifestyle, and personal experiences all work together to influence wellbeing.

Rebecca provides thoughtful care for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and other mental health challenges, with a particular focus on women’s mental health and the unique needs that arise throughout different seasons of life. In addition to medication management, she encourages patients to take an active role in their wellness journey through healthy lifestyle practices such as movement, nutrition, sleep, stress management, and therapy when appropriate.

Through her decades of healthcare experience, Rebecca has developed a compassionate and collaborative approach that helps patients feel heard, supported, and empowered. She believes healing happens when patients and providers work together to create a path forward that honors the whole person: mind, body, and life experiences.

Rebecca is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space where individuals can receive personalized care and take meaningful steps toward improved mental health and overall wellbeing.
