We recommend that you verify benefits by asking your insurance company if your provider is in-network. They can provide details regarding deductibles, copayments, and coinsurance.
While private insurance rates vary by plan and company, self-pay and clergy-pay rates are as follows:
New Patient Visit: $300
Follow-Up Visit: $150
Billing Insurance
Each patient's financial responsibility varies depending on their insurance company and plan. We recommend that you verify your benefits by asking your insurance company if your provider is in-network and what your benefits are for a Specialist or Professional Office visit. They can provide details regarding deductibles, copayments and coinsurance.
Late Cancel Policy
There is a $50 fee for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice. Notice must be given during business hours.
No Show Policy
There is a $150 fee for missed appointments.
The purpose of these fees is to encourage responsibility on the part of the patient and to ensure that the provider’s time, which has been reserved for you, is utilized efficiently.
Late Cancellations and no-shows prevent the provider from using the reserved time to assist other patients who could use or may need the appointment time.
Consequently, these fees are in place to resolve these issues and are not typically waived.
